I am always so behind! It's Sunday evening and James and I are rushing around trying to clean up the areas of the house that will be visited by a handyman tomorrow. My assignment for the MNFF summer school Mythology class is due by midnight and I need to do laundry or else I'll be going to work au natural tomorrow. Trust me, nobody wants that.

I talked myself out of buying a new scanner today. It's only $100, but this is the last paycheck before James' & Mer's birthdays, so I probably ought to get them gifts rather than me. Also, those pesky bills keep showing up at my door, so I suppose I'll have to pay some of them, too! So, yay me for having a modicum (sp? - I need my dictionary!) of self control.

Doing nothing is necessary for your sanity from time to time. I do nothing all too often, though, which leads to the aforementioned rushing around when things HAVE to be done. *sigh*

That's for sure! I did get things in order (this time :) though, before I left on Friday, so the house was good and the laundry caught up. I don't ever want to do an 8 hour drive in one day again...DRAINING!! :O!! This was the 2nd time I had done this, too. No more. So yesterday was extra catching up on the rest so that I would be able to function for the week. I didn't even make it to church... :( , but I know He understands.

I think it is modicum, congrats to you for expanding your vocabulary! Hee. I am terrible about not spending money. Sigh. I will need to be better about it soon...

I used to be a fantastic speller, but the lack of necessity to use certain types of words in business has gotten me out of the habit (and proper spelling IS a habit). It distresses me sometimes.
