Geekdom

Last night James and I went to see Hot Fuzz. It was pretty darned funny.

Today I have been playing around with Sims 2 stuff. Have finally figured out how to make custom clothing, although I'm not very good at it yet. I did manage to create a D/G t-shirt, a D/G underwear set, and a pretty nifty D/G dress. I'm such a geek. Will post pictures once I figure out where game screenshots are saved.

ETA:
This is a t-shirt made with one of [livejournal.com profile] twinkly's drawings.

Sometimes it pays to visit geekdom. Gotta keep our sanity somehow, ya know? X)

My geekdom is my life. The rest is just stuff I have to do, you know?

Well, they look great to me. ANy chance you could stick the design on the shirt and the undie top up too? Your person is just a little far away to make out the designs. (Or maybe I'm going blind...) And I want to see how D/G go onto clothes!

I give you extreme amounts of credit for being able to get the design onto clothing. I'm impressed. I don't have Sims 2 (and I'm not sure any of my computers are big and fast enough to run it) but it looks like fun.

And that formal dress is cool.

How many floors can a house have in Sims 2? I was always bothered by having to stop at two in the old game. And can you cheat, like in the old game, and get unlimited money to make outrageous houses with?

I think you can have 4 stories in a single building, but I don't do much house-making, so I'm not positive. And yes, there are several money cheats, which I make use of frequently.

Here are the original pictures I put on the shirt and cami. I tried to upload the actual design bmp, but it didn't want to go. I've just been using existing clothes and modifying the patterns. I haven't worked out how to really create something new yet.

Whoops! I must've clicked the wrong image. Let's try this again.

I love the Sims 2 and I especially love making clothes when I have the right texture/drawing.

Geekness is cool, since I love to make outfits for the Sims 2(maybe D/G when I have more time :D)

Awesome dress, by the way.

Thanks! Sims 2 is terribly addictive.

If I go there, can I have a figure like that too?

If we figure out a way, we can go together!
