Teenagers. They're amazing. I don't have any, myself. I can't say I feel terribly bad about that.

But I have been told, and once or twice have even observed, that teenagers grow up sometimes and turn into reasonable, pleasant human beings. So chin up, Kate. Brighter days may be a-coming.

As for the dentist... well, think of it this way. You have friends where you live now. You'll want to visit them at least twice a year, won't you? So you can just come up to visit them, and be sure you have a dentist appointment the first day you're here. Then make sure the receptionist knows you'll need any work done before you have to go back again.

Okay, I'm through giving weird advice now.

Feel free to ignore any advice I give, by the way. How in the world can you take advice about change from a cat who's afraid of change, anyway? *snicker*
