San Francisco has outlawed JROTC in public schools.
Nevermind that it's a voluntary program. Nevermind that the two students on the board voted to keep it (their votes aren't counted). Nevermind that the students involved in the program think it's worthwhile and valuable.
San Francisco hates the military. San Francisco is mad that gays can't run about speaking effervescently about being gay within the military. (Nevermind that no such policy exists in JROTC.)
Ergo, JROTC cannot exist in San Francisco.
But it's conservatives who are intolerant and force our beliefs onto others. Right...
I vote that since San Francisco has no respect for the military, or any program which might lead someone to join the military (or, heaven forbid, teach kids discipline and respect), our armed forces should not have any obligation to defend that city. Don't mess with the rest of the country, terrorists, but you can do as you please with San Francisco.
