On Sunday, my friend and co-worker Denise gave birth to a little girl. On Tuesday, I found out that yet another of my co-workers is pregnant.

For those keeping score, the current status in the Office of Population Expansion is as follows:

Tiff - gave birth to a baby girl in October
Denise - gave birth to a baby girl in November
Josh - wife is 5 months pregnant with twins
Becky - almost 12 weeks pregnant with twins
Dawn - 6 weeks pregnant, presumably with only one baby
One of the other Project Managers has a pregnant wife, but I don't know how far along she is.

That's 8 babies my office will churn out in less than a year. Seriously, I'm scared to drink the water.

Moving on to other news...

I had scheduled a vacation day for the Monday after Thanksgiving. This was originally because I hoped to go out of town, but that plan is pretty much nixed, so I was thinking it would be a great chance for a real 'me' day. Then I got home last night and James said, "I took the week after Thanksgiving off." *headdesk* I chuckled and mumbled, "Of course you did." Irony, you gotta love it.

Don't even look at the water cooler. Bring hand sanitizer. Don't even use the toilet there! LOL

Sounds like my office! For the past 4 years we have had at least 7 or 8 births each year! :O!! I have been right in predicting baby boys with the exception of Lucy, Nat, Anna Grace, Sidney Grace, Tess, Chelsea & Madison...ALL of the rest little boy schnunkas! HA! GO ME! :D They're big chickens, too! Averaging around 9 and a half pounds! The 3 10+ pounders really rounded things out! :O!!

I have missed you, Bugg! Forgive me for being such a funky friend...*huggles*

My first thought when I saw babies was don't drink the water! *giggles* That's a lot of babies from one office in a year.

Which is why I carry around disinfectant wipes whenever possible. Or hand sanitizer. Okay, THIS isn't the reason why, but it's A reason why, I guess. Mostly I'm just a germ freak about public restrooms.

A word of advice: bring your own water bottle to work from now on.
