Part 1: The Birth of You

Were you a planned baby? Nope, after my brother Chris the parents planned to be done.
Were you the first? No
Who was present at your birth? I was!
Were your parents married when you were born? Yes
What is your birthdate? 12/30/72

Part 2: The Family

Are your parents married or divorced? Divorced from each other, but Dad is married to someone else.
An only child? Well, if I wasn't the first...
If you have siblings are you oldest, middle, or youngest? Youngest
What are your siblings’ names? Kenny and Chris
Which parent do you get along with best? I'm not close enough with my dad to not get along with him, so I suppose he wins the 'get along best with' award. I'm much closer to my mom, though, even though we fight sometimes.
What do you fight about? Usually over my inattentiveness.

Part 3: The Friends

Do you have more than one best friend? I have one of each sex.
What do you like to do when you are together? Play games, talk, generally goof around.
Do you share the same interests? A few.
Which friend can you tell anything to? I don't suppose I feel like I can tell everything to anyone. Except God. He's a good listener. Never interupts or gets grumpy with me.

(That's not to say I don't tell my close friends most everything, but there are always things that are best left unsaid.)


Part 4: Your Personality

How high/low is your self-esteem? Much higher now than it was when I was growing up. It could still stand improvement, though.
Do you get depressed about things easily? No, it takes a lot to really make me depressed. I have a pretty strong faith that everything will be okay in the end.
Are you an extrovert (outgoing) or an introvert (reserved)? I'm an introvert, despite what Becky says.
Are you happy? Content would probably be a better adjective.
Do you live life to the fullest? Sadly, no.


Part 5: Appearance



Are you comfortable with the way you look? I'd like to be thinner, but yes, I'm comfortable with my appearance.
Describe your hair: Almost shoulder-length, brown, a bit shaggy.
How do you dress? Usually I start with my underpants, then my bra. After that it's a crapshoot!


Part 6: The Past

Were you a strange child? Not really strange, just insecure.
What did you used to love that you no longer do? That I no longer love, or that I no longer engage in? I no longer love getting really drunk. I no longer engage in sex, and more's the pity.
Do you have the same friends? I still have a lot of my school friends, although we're not in frequent contact.


Part 7: The Future

What is your ambition? To feel like I've accomplished something in life.
Are you scared of growing old? Not the aging part, just that I'll get old and not have done the things that I'd like to do.
Do you want to get married? I am married.


Part 8: The Outdoors

Do you prefer indoors or outdoors? Outdoors, although I rarely spend time there.
Favorite Season? Spring and fall. I like it mild and slightly humid.
Do you like walking in the rain? If it's a light rain then, yes, very much. If it's a torrent then, no, thank you.


Part 9: Food

Are you a vegetarian? No, I want to be able to cut off what I want and ride the rest home.
What is your favourite food? I don't name favorites. Lately I've been craving asparagus with hollandaise sauce, and tonight Tracey made potatoes that were excellent. Last night I had beets for the first time in years and they were wonderful. I make a really yummy pot roast, too. Mmmmm...
What food makes you want to gag? Salisbury steak. It's very odd. I like chopped steak. I like mushrooms. I like gravy. I HATE Salisbury steak. Bizarre.
What is your favourite dessert? I believe I mentioned my aversion to naming favorites. I particularly enjoy pie (pumpkin, strawberry rhubarb, fresh blackberry without that gunky sauce). I also like pudding-type desserts like egg custard, flan, chocolate mousse, rice pudding. Oh, and bread pudding, especially with rum sauce.
What is your favourite restaurant? Fiora's has the best pizza. Kobe is fun and tasty. You can't go wrong with Outback.
Are you a fussy eater? Um, no.


Part 10: Relationships and Love

Are you single or taken? Yes, one or both of those things.
If taken, who is the lucky guy/girl? James is the possibly lucky one.
Do you think love is the best feeling in the world? It's definitely the most powerful feeling in the world.
Do you believe in love at first sight? No, I think that's silly.


Part 11: Experiences

What was one of your greatest experiences? My favorite experiences are usually fairly minor in importance. Riding around in Jay's Fiat after prom. Sitting in the rain at the Indigo Girls concert. Laughing at stupid things with James.
What was one of the worst? Watching my grandmother panic because she couldn't breathe was pretty crappy.
Have you ever done drugs? Yes.
Have you ever thought you were going to die? Not really.

Part 12: Random

1. What curse word do you use the most? I say the F word a lot. Usually in reference to something getting effed up.
2. Do you own an iPod? Yes.
3. What person on your Flist do you talk to the most? Actually speak to? mynuet is the only person on my flist that I've spoken to more than once, so she wins.
4. What time is your alarm clock set to? 6:30 AM
5. Do you still remember the first person you kissed? Yes. His name was Stuart. It probably still is.
7. Would you rather take the picture or be in the picture? Take the picture
8. What was the last movie you watched? Shrek 3
9. Do any of your friends have children? Yes
10. Has anyone ever called you lazy? On numerous occasions.
11. Do you ever take medication to help you fall asleep? No-- unless you count Nyquil when I am sick. (I didn't even need to change this one.)
12. What CD is currently in your CD player? The one I made for Chelley, but haven't been able to part with yet.
13. Do you prefer regular or dark chocolate? Yes.
14. Has anyone told you a secret this week? Sort of. I assume it was a secret since she whispered it.
15. When was the last time you had Starbucks? Yesterday. Venti Mocha Frappucino!
16. Can you whistle? Yes, poorly.
17. What is the first thing you notice about the opposite sex? Eyes and face.
18. What are you looking forward to? Deathly Hallows. Sleep.

27. Last time you cried? I don't know. I don't cry over important things very often. I'm much more likely to cry over dumb stuff like that stupid, sappy coffee commercial (Folgers? Sanka?) that comes on every Christmas season. "Oh, Peter! You're HOME!" *sniffle*
28. Are you on a desktop computer or a lap top? Desktop
29. Are you currently wanting any piercing or tattoos? No, thanks. I'm allergic to pain.
30. What is the weather like? Right now it's mild and humid. During the day it was over 100, though.
31. Would you ever date a girl/guy covered in tattoos? Not covered in tattoos. A couple is fine, but I'd like to know what he actually looks like.
32. What did you do before this? Worked on fic.
33. When is the last time you slept on the floor? I don't know.
34. How many hours of sleep do you need to function? I got by on 3 during my move.
35. Do you eat breakfast daily? Does coffee count as breakfast?
36. Are your days fast-paced? Not usually.
37. What did you do last night? Since it is technically morning now, last night I ate dinner with Tracey and the kids, then came home and worked on fic.
38. Do you use sarcasm? No, never.
39. How old will you be turning on your next birthday? 35. Criminy, I can't believe that's only six months away. Didn't I just have a birthday?
40. Are you picky about spelling and grammar? Yes.
41. Have you ever been to Six Flags? Yes
43. Do you get along better with the same sex or the opposite sex? I have more female friends, I suppose, but in general, women are cattier than men, so there's more potential for disagreement. At least once you are past the age when guys are just out to screw everything that moves.
44. Do you like mustard? Yes.
45. Do you sleep on your side? Yes.
46. Do you watch the news? I read more than I watch.
47. How did you get one of your scars? I caught my shin on the CD drive of my computer. Now I have a scar that's 4 or 5 inches long on my leg.
48. Who was the last person to make you mad? My boss, because he's wishy washy.
49. Do you like anybody? I like a lot of people.
50. What is the last thing you purchased? Groceries.
