Well, I didn't do so hot with the whole prediction thing.
Voldie: Dead. Really, truly dead. Dead as a doornail. Dead as Britney Spears' career. Dead.
I got this one, but, you know, it wasn't much of a stretch.
Harry: I think he'll live. I think he and Ginny will get back together, although I don't know if it will be forever. (It won't be in my stories!) I do not think Harry, nor his scar, is a Horcrux.
Half right? Harry lives (after he dies), and goes on to marry Ginny and have babies. He was, however, a Horcrux.
Ron and Hermione: Can you say Mr. and Mrs. Weasley - The Next Generation? They'll both live. They'll get together (finally!). I think the first kiss will come at Bill and Fleur's wedding.
Again, half right. They get live, and get together. The kiss doesn't come until near the very end, though. I liked the way the kiss played out, though - brought on by Ron's concern for house elves. Way to make the first move, Hermione!
The Weasleys: Contrary to popular opinions, I think the Weasley family will pull through okay. If anyone dies, it will be Percy. And I think he'd die trying to redeem himself with the family.
Well, most of them lived, and Percy did come back to his family. I'm still mourning Fred, though, so I can't talk about this anymore.
Hagrid: I'm cautiously optimistic that Hagrid will live. He and Olympe might even hook up and have some half-breed babies. Ew.
Yay! Got one! Not the part about Olympe, but that's really okay.
Dumbledore: Is dead. However, whatever happened to his pensieve? His twinkle-eyed portrait might point Harry in that direction, and it might be there that Harry sees the memory of the REAL reason Dumbledore trusted Snape. The reason will involve Lily. And Harry will feel like a shmuck, as well he should.
I was off the mark with who the portrait helped, but the essentials of this prediction were sort of true. Dumby is dead, and while viewing Snape's memories it becomes clear that the portrait helped him. The reason did involved Lily. It doesn't specifically say that Harry felt like a schmuck, but given that he named his son after Snape, I think I can count that as a win.
Snape: If you haven't guessed, I believe Snape is on Dumbledore's side. Unfortunately, I also think he's a goner. He'll die heroically, saving Harry's butt (again!).
Snape was doing Dumbledore's bidding, although it was out of love for Lily rather than because of his morals. His death was more tragic than heroic, and it did not happen in a grand attempt to save Harry. Half right.
Peter Pettigrew: Finally going to die like the little rat bastard he is. Another one right, but not really difficult to predict. That he died at his 'own' hand was interesting.
Lupin: Totally going to live! There are two main reasons for this. 1) He'll be the last of the Marauders, and the last real connection Harry has to his parents. 2) He's just been set up for a relationship with Tonks. I can't imagine JKR had her mope around all through HBP just to kill off her love interest in DH.
Ok, I got this one totally wrong, and it bums me out something fierce.
Neville: Living! And doing something awesome. Hopefully that awesome thing will be killing Bella. Oh, and hooking up with Luna.
Half right, again. He lives, and does more than one pretty awesome thing, but he does not kill Bella or hook up with Luna (that we know of).
Luna: I don't have a clue what Luna will be doing in the book. She'll live, though. Maybe she'll prove the existance of some weird creature and it will benefit the Order. It's hard to say with her. See above regarding hook-up with Neville.
Nope. None of that, except that she lives.
Bellatrix: So dead. I predict she will die at the hand of either Neville or Narcissa. Yes, you read that right. I don't think that Auntie Bella will be very pleased at Draco's failure to kill Dumbledore.
Well, she's dead. And I giggled aloud at Molly calling her a bitch. Neville and Cissy had nothing to do with it, though. She was not pleased with Draco's failure, and goaded him about his lack of intestinal fortitude, so I'll take a bit of credit there.
Lucius: He'll get out of prison at some point. I'm iffy on this theory, but I'll document it anyway. I think he'll turn on Voldemort and offer information to the Ministry so that he can get out of Azkaban. It's all about preservation of self and family. And perhaps some not-so-gentle demands from his wife, who I think has had all that she can stand of this Death Eater business.
Um, well, he did get out of prison.
Draco: Apparated to Snape's home, where Snape will explain to him (in Snape's gentle, loving way) that Draco will die if he tries to return to Voldemort. Draco and Narcissa will be protected by the Order. Snape will arrange this through Lupin. And, of course, while in the care of the Order he'll fall madly in love with Ginny and they'll grow up and have pink-haired babies. Ok, that last bit is just my fantasy. Also, he is not a werewolf, but he does have the Death Eater mark.
Ok, down goes that theory. The book doesn't specifically say whether he's a werewolf or that he has the dark mark, but it's likely that neither of those things are true.
Narcissa: If my theory that Bella will come after Draco for being a big, Voldie-disappointing wimp is correct, Narcissa will put an end to that shit post haste. 'That shit' being Bella. Cissy's proved she'll go against Voldemort's wishes already. She's a mama bird you don't want to cross.
Well, it didn't happen. Cissy did cross Voldemort again, which was lovely. And now that I think about it, Bella died at the hand of another pissed off mama bird. That's kind of funny.
The Dursleys: They'll all live. Harry and Petunia, at the very least, will bury the hatchet. Petunia will perform some little bit of magic when Voldie or Death Eaters arrive on Privet Drive looking for Harry.
Not quite right on this one. Presumably the Dursley's lived, but it was Diidykins that offered the olive branch to Harry. That was nice.
Trelawney: Will fall in love with Firenze and have his foals. Just kidding.
Since I was just kidding, can I count this as a correct prediction? No?
Sirius: Is dead. He just is. Dumbledore would not mislead Harry about something that important. However, the mirrors he and James used will be important. The broken one will be fixed and held by Harry. I'm not sure who will take the one that Sirius had at Grimmauld Place. Ginny? Lupin? Maybe Kreacher took it to the Malfoys?
Sirius is dead. The mirror was important. I'd never have guessed Aberforth had it, though.
Greyback: Lupin is so going to take this puppy out!
No. We didn't get to see Lupin and Tonks die, but it was before Greyback was taken out. Lupin was cheated of life and revenge.
Stan Shunpike: Will be released, but not until Voldie is defeated.
No! Although it seems clear that Stan was under the Imperius, the whole Stan-is-a-Death-Eater thing was quite unexpected.
There were have it. I am not a Seer.

Anyway. Was disappointed with both Draco's apparent fear of everything (though sometimes understandable) and the epilogue. *sighs*

That was probably one of my biggest gripes with the book. I thought he was one of JKR's favourite characters?! Let him go out with a little glory!
I'd say you're not a bad seer. Most of your theories were pretty close!

On the other hand, if we'd seen Lupin (and Tonks) die, that would mean Harry saw it, too. How many times can we, as readers, read X died, and Harry screamed, "No! X, No!"?
I'm also peeved about Hedwig dying. I can deal with Dobby, that was his choice, but Hedwig was stuck in a cage with no chance to evade attack. That was a pointless sort of death. I know Harry couldn't very well carry such a distinctive owl around with him while he was in hiding, but she could've stayed with the Weasleys or something. Or if she'd died by swooping into the line of fire, that would've been fine. Purposeless animal killing is not cool.
