I woke up this morning and immediately knew that I'd caught the stomach virus that's going around. It's taunted me all day. I'm glad I recognized it and made arrangements for Richard (BIL) to take Mer to her game, because it has finally started it's assault.
I hate being sick.

Well, I'll hand out the usual advice. If it attacks your stomach, don't eat or drink anything (unless it's an antiemetic, which I understand includes some motion-sickness over-the-counter medicines, which you may ask your pharmacist about) until you're through bringing everything up. Um. Yeah. Wait several hours after that.
If it's the other end of things, try drinking in small amounts to keep from being deyhdrated. I find mint herbal tea seems to not disturb things much. Also, immodium, to keep the diarrhea cramps down, especially if everything is basically gone from there and all you're left with is the intestines tying themselves in knots.
You poor thing. Get lots of rest. Tell Mer she has to be good to you when she gets home. Sleep, if you can.

I have no idea why I am advising you this way. You're an adult, and have been for quite a while, and you're a mother. I guess it's just that I feel so bad for you, I want to DO something. Since I'm nowhere near you, I have to settle for advice.

Oh honey I'm sorry. This is the worst kind of sickness to me. I'd rather have a broken limb & a sinus infection. Silly me!
*huggles you up* Get better soon! ♥

Ok, here it goes.
I got these shoes in the beginning of August/late July, and mom will be getting the reciept because it was on credit card so it is easy to trace back. The kind of shoes are Hemosa Beach, and they were bought at Kohls for $39.99.
The shoes consist of patches of fabric overlapping, and they are already fraying. While they are supposed to fray a tiny bit, I can see the canvas UNDER my shoes, which is really really annoying, and downright cold because it is nothing but some sheer fabric.
*hugs* Do feel better, got that?
