Today's agenda

To-do list:

- Shower and general get-dressedness.
- Eat.
- Shop. A lot.
- Wrap gifts that need to be mailed.
- Take Mer to Michael's.
- Take lots of trash out.
- Buy laundry detergent and Safeguard beige (soap), if I can ever find a store that still carries it.
- Get medical receipts from James.
- Give James a check for his portion of the refund we just got from the state.
- Vacuum? Would be nice if I could get to that.
- Work on Ficmas story.
- Scene?
- Do dishes? The leak from my dishwasher means the sink is getting full. *sigh*
- Other cleaning-type things. Possibly including my bathroom, though I don't expect to get this far today. See above re: lots of shopping.

ETA: Not bad, but lots left to do.

What did the maintenance people say about the dishwasher and its leak? (Hopefully something along the lines of "we will repair it soon," although you can't always tell how long "soon" will turn out to be.)

I always have more on the to-do list than I have time and motivation to actually do them. Procrastination is my constant companion, I'm afraid.

I haven't mentioned it to maintenance yet. I just don't have time to deal with them right now with Christmas fast approaching. It's not a huge inconvenience since there are only two of us. I actually didn't use my dishwasher for the first two or three months I lived here, so I can survive until the new year, when my calendar will be opened up a little more.

How is my Katie-Buuuuugg? *huggles tight* I'm sorry I have been a lousy friend, but I have been a mess. Hang in there with me. :) I'm hoping to really catch up with folks after surgery. ;)
