Random stuff and pictures of my niece, Elizabeth, going to prom. She's so pretty.
Well, I think James is going to be able to fix up our computer. It seems were caught a nasty virus that has corrupted several programs. It hosed up Sims 2, so we will have to start afresh with new characters. That's no biggie, but I am a little sad. Fitzwilliam and Elizabeth had just had a daughter, named Georgiana, after his sister. (What? Pride & Prejudice is awesome! - I named almost all my Sims after literary characters.) It also screwed up my Winzip, so I have to track down my receipt so I don't have to buy that again. I'm not sure about my Easyshare and Photoshop programs. I really hope none of my photo files are corrupted. I would cry. I want to make icons.
Lost was great last night. Poor Hurley. As if there haven't been enough bad things that have happened to him. It's the first time, though, that they've killed off fairly major characters and I haven't cared. I didn't like Ana Lucia and Libby was pretty dull. I do wonder if we'll ever know the rest of her story, though. Why was she in the mental hospital and why did she go to Australia? I'm very torn about Michael. I want him to pay for what he's done (and is about to do), but what will happen to Walt if Michael's not around? *sigh* I'm very glad I can just watch the show, and someone else gets to make all the decisions.
A guy in my office just got a raise equivilant to 1.5 times my entire salary. Just his increase was that much! I realize that he's a technical guy and I'm a finance chick. I realize that he has a TS/SCI clearance and I don't. Seriously though, that's just incredible. I like the guy, and I'm not going to say he's not worth the money, but OMG! He is negotiating my next raise, definitely. I am in the WRONG FIELD. If only I had the slightest interest in systems engineering. Alas, I do not.

Well, Walt is independent. And psychic. Michael is psycho. I think we'll be all right. But will Jack and them ever know what Michael did? Not really, unless Eko randomly tells them. Geh.
