So, that was too easy. I think John and Simon just moved Simon's car and turned off all but the sitting room lights so that Ginny and Ron would think Draco was alone. I don't know if they moved Draco, or if they just ambushed Ron, or what, but I do not think things are as in control as Ginny believes.
Also, Ginny didn't tell them about Narcissa! *bangs head* She seems to keep forgetting that his mother is dying and every second she farts around is one more second he doesn't get to spend with her before she dies! Ginny! You frustrate me!
I was kind of glad Simon got angry with Ginny. It's nice to know how far he can be pushed.
“Want ta go over your shortcomings an faults next, then?”
And yet he's still witty. *loves Simon*
"...an here we are eight years later tryin desperately ta get our woman o fire to do her soddin job.”
Yeah, I love him.
Now the wait begins for the NEXT chapter. *is impatient*
ETA: While putting together a lyric meme (in honor of a certain friend's birthday), it occurred to me that I have A LOT of British music. It makes up a significant portion of my music library. Not just older bands like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, and The Clash, but quite a bit of new stuff, too. Interesting.

Ginny does seem a little forgetful about the poor dying woman waiting for her son to come home. Why isn't she treating this as a priority?
Until you mentioned it, I was all for believing that the arrest went smoothly, but it did seem a little too smooth to be true. Draco may be in a depressive state, but he'd have to react if a stranger (Ron) turned up and arrested him, wouldn't he?

I do feel like something is off about Draco's capture. A lot of it stems from Ginny not being there to witness it. She didn't watch Ron enter the house. She didn't see the arrest occur. Maybe it did go just as planned, but combining Ginny's lack of visual proof of the arrest with the fact that John and Simon asked for some time with Draco before it went down makes me think something else was afoot.

I'm back to wibbling about the arrest again *sigh* As Pud said, Ron could have stunned him or something and that's why it went so smoothly. The lack of visual evidence and the fact that the boys wanted some time isn't sitting well with me either.

- John & Simon sent word to the Malfoys
- Ron felt pity for Draco and took matters into his own hands(not sure where this would lead, but it's possible)
- Draco performed magic inadvertantly
I don't know. It's bother me until the next chapter comes out.

- John and Simon don't know that Narcissa is dying, so taking off and hiding Draco would up the level of drama and angst as the Ministry raced against the clock to locate him.
